By purchasing a subscription for RTO Management Group Pty Ltd, ABN: 27 124 897 043, (trading as RTO Management Magazine and RtoTv, herein known as RTO Management, you agree to the following Terms and conditions as well as the policies outline on the RTO Management website.

Returns and Refund Policy

RTO Management will exchange any faulty or damaged issue of a magazine received by you. Simply return the damaged issue to: The Editor, PO Box 673, Albion BC QLD 4010. It is advisable to email subscriptions@rtomanagement.com.au and advise us of your return. Include your name and return address and we will post you a new copy. Refunds will not be processed after 14 days of payment confirmation. Upon payment of the annual subscription fee, you will receive 4 issues of RTO Management Magazine. Should you wish to cancel your subscription, you must email subscriptions@rtomanagement.com.au and advise us that you do not want your subscription renewed.

Payments

Payments must be made online using either a AMEX, MasterCard or VisaCard. Our SSL security system ensures your credit card and contact details are safe and secure. All data is secured by 128 Bit SSL. All prices listed on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Shipping

Upon payment of your subscription, you will receive an email confirming that you are subscribed to RTO Management Magazine. You will subsequently receive the next 4 issue, commencing from the next issue after payment.

Delays in Shipping

It is expected that each issue of RTO Management Magazine will be sent each season; spring, summer, autumn and winter. If you do not receive your current issue please contact us on 1300 88 53 04.
